“If civilization had been left in female hands, we would still be living in grass huts.” –Camille Paglia
The Book of Genesis has a warning to men and civilizations. People usually only focus on certain phrases from the Genesis story and therefore miss the warning. God’s declaration of judgment on Adam and Eve actually points us to some of the problems that will beset men and women and therefore civilization. The Genesis story contains a warning to men and women, individually and nationally. The book of Genesis established an order, the order of God.
Most people are at least vaguely familiar with the account of the Garden of Eden. However, the details of the expulsion provide more insight into one of the ongoing male-female events that would occur after Adam and Eve’s expulsion from the garden.
The first chapter of Genesis gives the full account of creation. Mankind is created in chapter one and told to multiply and fill the earth. The following chapters of Genesis provide additional critical information about humanity and the outcome of certain events. Adam was created first and no suitable companion existed for Adam to fulfill the commandment to multiply his own kind. God created Eve, not from the Earth as in the case of Adam, but from Adam himself. Eve was the reflection of Adam.
The Serpent’s Lie of Equality
After Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil at the instigation of the alluring serpent, God came to the Garden of Eden and decreed judgment. The King James Translation is a good translation, but many English speakers have limited knowledge of English language definitions and are usually too lazy to consider additional meanings. The word “desire” in the KJV text is a word that has additional meanings. The following translation of the NLT provides additional details.
“Then he said to the woman: ‘I will live the pain of your pregnancy, and in the pain you will give birth. And you will want to control your husband, but he will rule over you.” Genesis 3:16, NLT
And to the man he said: “Since you listened to your wife and ate from the tree whose fruit I had forbidden you to eat, the earth is cursed because of you. All your life, you will struggle to live on it. He will make you grow thorns and thistles, but you will eat of his seeds. By the sweat of your brow you will have food to eat until you return to the land from which you were made. For you were made of dust, and to dust you will return. Genesis 3:17-19, NLT
The phrase “and you shall desire to control your husband” is translated as “and your desire shall be for your husband” in the KJV. While the word desire certainly means that a woman will yearn for her husband, the word “desire” also means to desire something to control him and have power over him. The second meaning is clarified by the clause “and he shall rule over you”. This clause tells us something about the nature of women that people overlook, forget, disregard or disbelieve. Women’s desire to control men.
The Bible does not record the conversation that took place between Adam and Eve concerning the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. We know that a conversation took place with the intention of convincing Adam to share the fruit. God’s statement to Adam clearly shows that there was a conversation. “Since you listened to your wife and ate from the tree whose fruit I had forbidden you to eat. Adam knew the command but ate the fruit anyway.
Part of the lie the serpent told Eve was that she would be equal to God. Another part of the lie is that she would be happier to have more power. The idea that men and women are equal is the same lie told differently. Men and women have different God-given roles. Adam was placed in the Garden to tend and guard it. Eve was created after Adam was placed in the Garden. Populists would have us believe that Adam had no power over Eve and that they were “equal.” Eve was given to Adam so that the command to multiply and replenish the earth could be fulfilled and to help him.
Adam named the animals and he named Eve. Naming is an act of domination. Adam received dominion over the earth, animals and Eve. Part of Adam’s mistake was that he allowed Eve to convince him to break the natural order. Adam allowed Eve to rule over him when he allowed Eve to convince him of the serpent’s lie. Their expulsion from the Garden of Eden meant that they had to work harder.
Adam and Eve as a Microcosm of Civilization
The story of Adam and Eve is also a fundamental description of the interaction of man and woman within the family and the interaction of men and women within civilization. In general terms, we should place ourselves in the position of Adam, the women in our lives in the position of Eve.
The family, man and woman, is a microcosm of civilization. Consider the following:
- Garden of Eden = Civilization
- Adam = the majority of the men of this civilization
- Eve = the majority of women in this civilization
- The Serpent = supporters of progressivism, gender studies, equality between men and women, etc.
Taking into account that Adam represents the majority of men in a civilization and Eve the majority of women in a civilization, civilization fell after men listened to women’s promptings and overturned the natural order. Women, flattered by the alluring serpent, taught their sons and daughters that men and women were equal, encouraged acceptance of homosexuality as equal to heterosexuality, encouraged abortion, destruction of the family, and that transsexuality and cross-dressing are acceptable, and desirable in certain cases.
Since women gained the right to vote, the family, and by extension our civilization, has evolved more in the direction of disorder and anarchy, essentially towards destruction. Giving women the right to vote was a disaster. Giving women the right to vote pushed matriarchy to the fore and diminished patriarchy. Most women inevitably vote their inclinations and emotions. A woman should report her concerns to her husband or other adult male family members.
Left to their own devices, women are not inclined to build. This dynamic can be seen in the television program of the Dutch version of Survivor (titled Expeditie Robinson). ROK has an article from 2014 about what happened with men and women in survival situations. Needless to say, the men started working together to survive and the women fought. Towards the end of the program, three men went to the women’s and three women went to the men’s. The men who went to the woman became the women’s beasts of burden while they continued to be lazy and worked very little. The women who went to the men also worked little.
Men work and a substantial part of the fruits of this labor goes to their wives and children. Ever since women were given the right to vote, they have used that voting power to persuade corporations and politicians that they should always receive the fruits of all men’s labors. Since the rise of feminism and the subsequent confiscation of the fruits of men’s labor, men now produce less.
The reverse order
With voting comes a responsibility, which many women have not been able to take on since feminism prevented and encouraged a childish, responsibility-avoidance mentality. There was a reason why earlier civilizations didn’t give women the right to vote. Voting, and therefore government, was seen as the domain of men because men are the primary builders of civilization and because of the responsibility that comes with the right to vote. Women had to be supported by their husbands, fathers or other male family members.
Feminists would have everyone believe that women have always been oppressed and still are when this is not the case, wherever women have gained political power, civilization has fallen. Feminism does not discuss or teach power sharing, but how women need more power and don’t have enough. This desire for political power is the desire to control men. This is why everything is “sexist” in the eyes of feminists. There are many articles on the internet about how feminism is not about equality but about power.
A blogger wrote about the rise of feminism in ancient Rome and Rome’s subsequent demise. The blogger also mentions ancient Babylon and some of the Babylonian laws. The Bible, in the book of Isaiah, states:
“Childlike leaders [adult children] oppress my people, and women dominate them. O my people, your leaders lead you astray; they send you down the wrong road. Isaiah 3:12, NLT.
Roosh recently proved an excerpt on ROK from his book, Game. The excerpt is called Never Follow a Girl’s Trail. Adam let Eve lead and look what happened. A woman who tells you to be less of a man and less of a man wants to have power over you. She tries to control you. Men want to be respected, women want to be loved, but nothing is possible with the lies of equality in the picture. Women will be happier when they stop trying to control men.
We all know that when women got the right to vote, feminists began to move towards replacing men with another authority, the government. Feminists also began pushing for more women in government and other positions of authority. Men, ostracized and deceived, began to let more and more women lead. It makes men weak.
The more a woman tries to control the men around her, the more unhappy she becomes. Feminism tricks a woman into believing that having power will make her happy and if she is not happy it is because she does not have enough power. These are lies. This is why the more power a woman attains, the more unhappy she becomes, even though she will not admit her own unhappiness. Hillary Clinton is an example of a woman who desires control. An honest person can see that Hillary is clearly unhappy and she believes the solution to her unhappiness is more power, which is not the case.
There are women who realize that there are significant differences between men and women, and these women are responsible and caring wives and mothers. These mature women realize that feminism harms everyone and creates unhappiness and anarchy.
We are witnessing the disappearance of our civilization at the hands of weak men and women who wish to control men. Women will be happiest when they stop trying to control men and return to the order established by God. God did not make Eve equal to Adam. Eve was not Adam’s slave; she was a help to him. She had to help him with his assigned tasks.
The woman, instead of trying to wrest control from the man, must do what she was created to do and help the man. Men must lead, which requires responsibility and masculine strength. A man truly shows he cares for the women and children in his life by leading instead of abdicating the role assigned to him by God.
