LeBron James Twitter Q&A – Still planning to play with Bronny; names Luka Doncic as his favorite player

Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you probably know that LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers didn’t make the playoffs. It’s a result for the 37-year-old – who has made the playoffs in 15 of his 19 seasons – swore it wouldn’t happen again during his NBA career.

LeBron’s current “early offseason” status means the four-time NBA champion has a bit more free time right now. For that reason, it shouldn’t be all that shocking that the four-time NBA MVP would take the opportunity to vacation with his family (private island in the Maldives – must be nice), watch a lot of basketball and, being a man of people, conduct an extensive Q&A session on Twitter with his fans.

Does LeBron still plan to play with his eldest son, Bronny? Which of his former teammates would he want on his side if he had to face Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen? Who is his favorite player under 25? What are his top five hip-hop albums? Could he take Tom Brady to an ice hockey shootout?

We told you that the questions were very varied. Here’s what King James had to say in response to Twitterverse’s burning inquiries on Monday night:

LeBron focuses on longevity

OK, so that wasn’t exactly the detailed or definitive answer we were looking for in regards to LeBron’s playing time, but he doesn’t look like someone who’s planning on quitting anytime soon.

He plans to play with Bronny

The Lakers star has been consistent on that front. Someone asks if Bronny is okay with this plan?

Also, for those wondering if Bronny has yet managed to get the better of his old man, it seems like a rematch is imminent.

He has love for Luka

LeBron gave Luka Doncic some serious approval the night after the Mavericks star’s huge Game 7 performance (35 points, 10 rebounds and four assists in 30 minutes) in Dallas’ critical win over the Phoenix Suns .

It’s official, Luka is your favorite player’s favorite player.

He goes GOAT against GOAT

LeBron clearly considered his days on Team USA when selecting his former teammates. To be fair, if LeBron is going to face MJ and Pippen, it seems only fair that he wants to do it alongside Kobe Bryant. Accessories for Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving as well.

Hall of Famers in Bron’s book

LeBron in Orlando? Plus, no one told her that Tracy McGrady was inducted into the Hall of Fame a few years ago.

He has respect for playoff talent

LeBron clearly believes in Game 6 Klay.

He’d do better than Brady on the ice

It’s unclear why that was Tom Brady’s question, but maybe that’s what the seven-time Super Bowl champions are considering.

Rooting for the home team

When asked about his prediction for the Champions League final, LeBron went with the club he owns, Liverpool FC.

He appreciates greatness

Legendary MLB outfielder Ken Griffey Jr. is never the wrong answer.

The great Dr. Dre

Lest you think all the questions were sports-related, LeBron was also asked to list his top five hip-hop albums.

Let no one ever say that he favors one coast over another.
