2022 PGA Championship TV Schedule, Coverage, Live Stream, Watch Online, Channel, Golf Tee Times

The second major of the 2022 golf season has arrived and the sport is looking to set the tone for the rest of the campaign. May beauty surrounds Southern Hills in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as the PGA Championship returns to town for the first time since 2007. This year’s affair unfolds with a loaded field which brings together most of the best golfers in the world.

It’s so stacked that even a few unfortunate absences won’t make themselves felt as the tournament progresses. Defending champion Phil Mickelson, who will watch the rest of the golfing world from afar without him, is not among those present. Tiger Woods will set it up, although after his weekend performance at the Masters last month, any expectation of a 16th major championship in Tulsa is slim at best.

Instead, it’s 2022 Masters champion Scottie Scheffler who opens as the favorite with Jordan Spieth entering as one of the best-case scenarios given that he will be entering his sixth attempt to win a career Grand Slam. Also of note is Rory McIlroy, who has recently upped his game as he seeks his first major championship of any kind since 2014. Woods, Spieth and McIlroy will be part of one of two hugely notable pairings, the another featuring the top three ranked golfers. around the world as Scheffler stars alongside Jon Rahm and Collin Morikawa.

While attending the PGA Championship can be a lot of fun, just being able to watch golf on the game’s biggest stages is an incredible pleasure every year. We at CBS Sports are excited to bring you comprehensive coverage of the PGA Championship all week long with live action streaming all weekend.

CBS Sports golf anchor Jim Nantz will call for action for the 32nd consecutive year while hosting coverage of Round 18 alongside senior analyst Sir Nick Faldo. Ian Baker-Finch, Frank Nobilo, Trevor Immelman, Dottie Pepper, Mark Immelman, Colt Knost and Amanda Renner also appear in Southern Hills for CBS Sports.

The 104th PGA Championship is the 32nd consecutive (and 39th overall) broadcast by CBS Sports, which this year will deploy approximately 140 cameras and nearly 150 microphones throughout the course to capture all the sights and sounds. Live drone coverage and robotic bunker cameras are among a dozen tech upgrades that will be used throughout the coverage.

Enough talk. Here’s how you can watch as many PGA Championships as possible throughout the week. Be sure to stick with CBS Sports for live coverage throughout, check out our PGA Championship Expert Picks before the start of the event, display Tour 1 departure times and download the CBS Sports app to watch the PGA Championship live on your mobile device this weekend.
