Kim Kardashian filed an emergency restraining order against a man she says threatened to kill her and her family.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ star asks the court to order a man – who we have chosen not to name – to stay away from his home and family.
In the filing, Kim says the person made several alarming threats, including threatening to kill his family and bomb his offices. Kardashian’s legal team said in documents that her security team intercepted more than 80 letters sent to Kim, including 30 in the past month.
Kim Kardashian seeks to protect her ‘intimate’ partner from alleged stalker
Kardashian seeks to protect her family, claiming the person threatened her children. Moreover, even if pete davidson is not specifically named, she claims the person has gone after people she has “intimate relationships” with. The man allegedly made several inappropriate sexual references in the letters.
We’re told Kim’s security team tried to handle the situation and collected the disturbing letters and messages to hand over to law enforcement. We assume, based on the information, that the court will grant him a restraining order. Either way, Kim will have to go to court to get a permanent restraining order against the man for a long time.
In this case, Kardashian is trying to get a restraining order, so the person can be arrested if he contacts her again.
Kim Kardashian files multiple restraining orders over the past few years
Sadly, this isn’t the first time Kardashian has gone to court seeking protection from obsessed fans who harass her and show up at her house unannounced. As we reported, Kim received a 5-year restraining order against a man who sent her disturbing packages that included a diamond ring and a plan B.
In this case, the man also posted harassing messages online, including a marriage certificate he made himself and another post stating that “Queen Kimberly” is “sitting in your grand castle waiting his knight in shining armour”.
The alleged stalker repeatedly showed up at Kim’s home, claiming he was there to pick her up for dinner. The good news is that Kim K. lives in a gated community, and most of the time people aren’t allowed through the guard gate.
In another instance, a man was filmed outside Kim’s property and attempted to enter her home. At the time, she said the person wanted to pursue a physical relationship with her and had posted messages saying she was growing frustrated at not coming inside and feared for her safety.
