Ozzy Osbourne was spotted leaving Milk Studios in Los Angeles on Friday.

The legendary Black Sabbath frontman, 73, brandished a cane and received help from a young comrade as he carefully descended a staircase outside.

Osbourne donned a black long-sleeved shirt, a pair of matching sweatpants and comfy sneakers for his day in Los Angeles.

He wore his graying hair in a long ponytail and his fingernails were painted black.

The Crazy Train singer accessorized with a gold wristwatch and several chunky rings.

Osbourne’s appearance at Milk Studios comes just a day after his daughter Aimee Osbourne survived a fire at a Los Angeles-based recording studio that claimed her life.

The fire was reported Thursday evening around 6:35 p.m. local time and quickly spread to the entire two-story building in Hollywood.

Fire investigators were at the scene as the British actress and singer returned to the site where an as yet unidentified person lost their life on Friday morning.

The synth-pop artist hugged record producer Jamal Rajad Davis, who is credited with sounding the alarm over the fire.

“I was my own smoke detector,” Jamal told the Los Angeles Times. “I ran into my room and grabbed my things and left my door open, trying to call my cats to follow me.”

Jamal said he tried to come back to save his four cats, but none of the animals succeeded. The structure housed several recording and rehearsal studios.

A hip-hop artist named Maximilian told KABC-TV he lost everything.

“I opened the door, I saw smoke coming out from across the hall. I immediately reached out to grab a jug of water,” he explained. threw out the door, the flames burst out (sic) I tried to go back to my room and grab whatever I could, but the flames were everywhere, and we ran out of the building, and it was all.

The artist estimates his loss at around $50,000.

The reality star, 69, shared the shocking news on Instagram, tagging a Los Angeles Times story about the fatal incident.

Writing on social media, the Osbournes star claimed the two were lucky to be alive.

“It is absolutely heartbreaking that someone lost their life today in this fire and we send our prayers to this person and their family. What happened today was beyond horrible,” Sharon said.

Sharon described the building as a “creative center for music in Hollywood”, also lamented the loss of equipment belonging to the various artists who worked there.

She also called for better fire safety in those buildings, although it’s not yet known if any codes were breached.

Aimee, who professionally uses her initials ARO, has yet to speak publicly about the life-threatening scare.

The actress is the lesser-known member of the Osbourne family as she refused to be part of reality show The Osbournes which made her siblings Kelly, 37, and Jack, 36, household names during its run from 2002 to 2005.
