Former Miss United Continents Brazil 2018 Gleycy Correia has died aged 27.

Correia died Monday at a private clinic after being in a coma for the past two months. The beauty pageant queen underwent surgery to remove her tonsils and days later suffered heavy bleeding and had a heart attack on April 4.

Her family priest Lidiane Alves Oliviera confirmed the news on Instagram. “Gleycy underwent surgery to remove her tonsils and was quickly released by the doctor.”
